If you are submitting a return or refund claim, please ensure you have reviewed the claims process and include the following information in you message below:
  • Order Number
  • Statement of Issue 
  • Relevant photos of all pieces, videos of breakages, shipping carton damage, fault or incorrect product.
  • List exact product name and quantity we need to review (Please don't assume we can identify via images or correlate with a guess from your order)
  • If damage in transit has occurred, you must submit the claim within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
