Candela Candles Pty Ltd, trading as Candela Candles Wholesale shopping site known as www.wholesale.candela candles.com.au, (the “Site”) is a shopping website where you can browse, select and purchase products. All prices are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and displayed as inclusive of GST. Our ABN is 56432006335.
Your access to and use of the Site, including your order of Products through the Site, is governed by these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept all of our policies and terms thereof, including our Privacy Policy. We will not make exceptions to any of these policies.
For the purpose of this agreement, ‘You’ known as the ‘Customer’, and ‘We’ known as Candela Candles Wholesale. These Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, set out the terms of the agreement between you and Candela Candles Wholesale.
OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to ensure all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
In some cases with the products we offer for sale there may be small variations between the product image(s) on our website and the actual product you receive. We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on the displays and screens and the different batches we receive from our suppliers. The shade of colour from different batches is not a fault or error. This will be classified as a change of mind and returning items based on change of mind will be at the expense of the customer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available or offered on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free, nor do we make any warranty about the standard or quality of any of the products offered via our website.
On rare occasions we may find our suppliers unable to deliver products to us, or the products delivered are not of sufficient quality or workmanship. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on our website. Whilst we will make every effort to process all orders, there may be circumstances which mean we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time. We will process the required refund for any orders we are unable to fulfill at our discretion due to supplier shortage.

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademarks and copyright) in our website, and in the material published on it (including, without limitation, its look and feel, brands, logos and trademarks, information, photographs, content, images, text). These works are protected by intellectual property laws and all such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on our website, services or e-commerce facilities for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from us. You are not permitted to copy, publish or use any of the content in any way, whether personal or commercial, without our prior written permission.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
All minimum order quantities are displayed on each product. These quantities are fixed and will not be adjusted on an as needed basis.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Candela Candles Wholesale is not responsible for products you create using our supplies. You are responsible for testing our supplies in your recipes for compatibility and safeness. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notification.
